Stan Knoops is leading the Sensory & Consumer Insight team for the global laundry category at IFF (International Flavors and Fragrances). Stan has over 15 years of global experience at the creative interface of R&D and consumer behavior. He started his career in Sensory Research at OPP (today Essensor) and worked both at Unilever and IFF where his focus is on bringing the voice of the consumer earlier in the innovation process. Stan is member of the board for the Dutch Market Research Association (MOA).
